Your privacy is very important to us. We strive only to collect and use information as required in order to provide you with our Services, in accordance with customary practices and as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We value your trust, and therefore strive to present you this policy in clear, plain language, so you can quickly find answers to the questions that interest you. This privacy policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use and applies to information collected via the App and/or Services. If you choose to download the App, you agree to the use of data collected via the App in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use.

  1. your Sharing With Other Users

The App relies on its Users' content contributions and act as a form of social network and community dedicated to the collaborative effort of finding available parking spaces. If you identify yourself on the App, for example, via your Facebook account, or publish your name or picture, you should be aware that any such information and/or content you publish on publicly accessible areas of the App may be viewed and used by other Users. We’re not responsible for any personal content, including your approximate location, you choose to submit in these areas and you are solely responsible to protect your privacy by what you decide to publicly share via the App.

Information you share publicly via the App is neither private nor confidential and you should not have any expectation of privacy with respect to it.

 

  1. Information Collection

Non-Personal Information

We log visitor's IP address and mobile device unique identifiers automatically; this information identifies only the device that is being used to access the Services. We also collect information about your use of the Services, such as the frequency and scope of your use of the Services, the duration of your sessions, information about the device on which you have installed the App, content that you use or create, and advertisements that you view or click on.

Other than in respect of personally identified information, if you provide information to us, you agree that we have unlimited rights to such information and that we may use such information in any way we choose. Such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential.

Personally Identified Information

We collect only personally identified information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by you, for example, via your Facebook accounts used to login to the App, or other login information you provided while registering for an account, such as your username and gender. We also collect the "frequent destinations" you designated (such as "home" or "work"), search queries, calendar information, etc. Your phone number will be collected and used to verify your account.

If you choose to register or submit personally identified information to the App, you agree to the use of such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Location Information

To make the most of your use of the App, we recommend you to activate your mobile device location services. When you downloading the App or approving any new version, please note that you may provide us with access to your real time location, among others, in the form of GPS signals and other information sent by your mobile device on which the App is installed, or by identifying the wireless networks available for your device at certain times. You may program your device to block our access to your location data but be aware that such blocking may prevent us from providing you some or all of the services and features of the App.

If you choose to download the App, and unless you deactivated any specific features or default settings, you hereby agree and consent to our collection and use of data, including location data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Please note that sPARK will collect and use the information described above whenever you activate the App on that mobile device.

  1. Information Use

Non-personal information is used mainly for click stream analysis in order to constantly improve and maintain our Services (for example, we may use your route information to improve the accuracy of the App's mapping and navigation data), ensuring the technical functioning of our network, to help prevent fraudulent use of our services and for developing new services.

Location information, route information and/or search queries may be used to create a detailed location history of all of the journeys you have made while using the App; to provide navigation services, and to display advertisements for businesses in your close vicinity we believe you may find attractive.

Personal information is used only for limited purposes, including the following: to manage and administer your account, provide you with support and handle requests and complaints; to provide you with a more personalized experience by serving you more relevant content, route information and advertising; and to send you updates, notices, announcements, and additional information related to the Services.

  1. Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We may share non-personal, aggregate information regarding the Services usage with our affiliates, partners and advertisers. From time to time, we may release non- personal information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in our Services usage. Moreover, we may share users' information with our partners and service providers to facilitate the delivery of the App and as necessary to allow you to enjoy the Services.

Personally identified information may be shared under limited circumstances, such as:

  • With third party providers who are part of delivering Services requested by you, for example – digital payment service for parking.
  • With other trusted third parties who assist us in operating the App and Services, conducting our business, expanding our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
  • To comply with a legal requirement, for the administration of justice, to protect your vital interests, to protect the security or integrity of our databases or the App, to take precautions against legal liability, or in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event.

Where appropriate, before disclosing personally identified information to a third party, we contractually require the third party to take adequate precautions to protect that data.

Unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any personally identifiable information of our users with third parties for their promotional commercial purposes

  1. Access to Information

We take appropriate security measures to protect Users' information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Please note that these security measures cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with your disclosure of personal information.

Moreover, we reserves the right to use or disclose personal information to law enforcement, regulatory or other government agencies, or third parties if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect sPARK’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or a legal process.

  1. Commercial communications

You may occasionally receive from us via the App, either in push notification or otherwise, or via the email account with which you registered, promotions and information on special offers, products and services in correlation with your device's real location. You can choose to opt-out and to not receive these communications by changing the App setting.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Policy
