It is about a meeting in Tel Aviv which began very late and with a lot of stress due to an endless cruising for parking of two major participants. One of them was Eran, sPARK’s founder.

Eran is an entrepreneur and software engineer at heart, who has 14 years of hands-on and managerial experience innovating, defining, implementing and facilitating teams for crafting software products in major companies and start-ups in the field of information security, cyber, mobile and Big Data
ZOHAR BALI
co-founder and CEO
Zohar brings vast experience in the international urban arena, and well acquainted with the vehicles industry, smart cities, and the municipality sector. Before joining sPARK, Zohar served as a VP and board member at Better Place. Zohar brings with him 24 years of diverse experience leading large P&L units, budget planning and execution, introducing new products, as well as setting and meeting sales objectives.
